What you get

A 24-page personalized picture book written and illustrated from what you tell us, plus a matching coloring book. The Digital Story Pack is emailed as PDFs. The Paperback and the Whole Bundle add printed copies shipped to you.

The stories and pictures are created with AI from your answers, then assembled by us. You see the cover and the first pages for free before you pay anything.

Delivery

Digital files usually arrive by email within about 30 minutes of payment, occasionally longer on busy days. Printed books go to the printer within a day and arrive in about 7 to 10 days in the US. We email you when they ship.

If a picture or a page is not right

Every book is checked before printing, but AI illustration is not perfect. If a picture does not look like your grandchild, or something in the story is off, reply to your confirmation email within 7 days and we will redraw or rewrite it at no charge. Printing waits until you are happy.

Refunds

Not happy with the digital book? Tell us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. Printed books can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they go to the printer. After printing, we replace damaged or misprinted copies free; because each book is made for one family, we cannot refund a printed copy for other reasons, but we will always try to make it right.

Your family's details

Names, ages and the little things you share are used only to make your book. We never sell them. You can ask us to delete a book and everything about it at any time. See the privacy policy.
